Kochiaan Return and Exchange Policy

At Kochiaan, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Non-returnable items: Any item that is damaged or faulty upon delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Returnable items: If you've received an incorrect size or the wrong item, we will gladly accept your return or exchange request.

Conditions for Return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Any customized or altered items are not eligible for return.

Process:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within the 3-day return window.
• Once your return is approved, further instructions will be provided.

Refunds:

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
